Harry Potter Society: Treasurer

Hi all! I am running for treasurer this year, and hope that by the end, I will have convinced you to vote for me.

Why do I wish to run for treasurer?

I have been part of this society for three years now and really enjoyed my time here. I wish to continue being part of its organisation as I had a lot of fun during the whole process of creating events, organising and participating in said events, meeting new members, etc. I have this society's best interests at heart and wish to help it thrive even more.

Why should you trust me?

As I said, I have been part of this society for three years, a committee member for two and treasurer for one. During this year as a treasurer, have proven very capable of being responsible with the society's money (that means no stupid expenses - like, yes, a mallard - but meaningful expenses) and being a reliable second-in-command. I wish to support any project (as long as it's relevant). This year for example, we have organised a Triwizard tournament in collaboration with other Harry Potter societies in the UK. I will do my possible to do what's best for the society and its members so we can continue to have as much fun.

Finally, I have nothing left to say to convince you but: I have proven I can handle the chaos that seems to run in our presidents...
