Francophone Society: Treasurer

Bonjour everyone,

I’m Clélia and this year’s communication officer – some of you may already know me – and I’m running for treasurer and vice-president for next year. It was such a pleasure to meet you all during our cheese & wine events, movie screenings, the fundraising event, etc. I really hope you enjoyed my work as a communication officer – the rebranding I did of the newsletter, the content on social media and WhatsApp – and that it demonstrated my sense of organization and creativity. I’ll be really pleased to stay in the committee next year as the vice-president and treasurer.

As the treasurer, I will ensure that the Franco’s financial resources are directed to the events our members desire and prefer – like our very beloved Cheese & Wine – and will keep developing partnerships. For instance, I would like to work with the cultural event officer – I hope Nicolas, our current president, running for cultural officer – to create a partnership with the French Institute.

As the vice-president, I will work alongside the president – I hope Claire, our current cultural officer running for president – to assure the best coordination and organisation of our events and I can assure you we will make quite the team.
