Staying in Fintech Society for 2 years, I have been served as Executive to Vice President. I have worked with different divisions within Fintech Society, sponsors and companies. I have also co-organised many events with other finance-related societies in UCL.
If I am elected to be the President, I will:

  • Create exclusive events with Finance and Tech companies
  • Organise UCL Fintech Conference
  • Organise Merchandise Sale for our members
  • Work with our alliance societies to diversify our events
  • Increase the gender equality within our Society
  • Empower our members by organising data science and code programming workshops
  • Career Fair with our sponsors for our fintech members
  • Work closely with my committee team to LISTEN YOUR VIEWS

Your vote matters! Vote Clinton, Vote Stronger Together.
I will make UCL Fintech the biggest Fintech society in Europe.

Hindy Rossignol

Dear all,

I believe I could be a valuable president for the following reasons:

Firstly, I started an immersion in the corporate world when I was 14 in Silicon Valley where I fell in love with developing projects from A (brainstorming) to Z (pitching to investors). After that, I was an entrepreneurship coach and then, I began to multiply experiences in selective business programs such as X-HEC entrepreneurs in which I created a webapp for volunteering: Start’Aid.

As I study Econ, Phys, and Math, I understand both the technical and economical aspects of FinTech. In my view, FT is not just Cryptos. It is also RPA, Cloud computing, Trading software, and revolutionary apps. I would like to be involved in the development of this society because I am convinced that FT will change our lives in the short term. Many solutions remain to be created. Hence, I would like to use my entrepreneurship skills to help UCL students become actors of this change by learning, practicing, and developing, together.

Managing this society at the same time as my degree will not be an issue since I experienced that amount of involvement when I worked at Universal Music (band after the voice kids) and at the same time in high school.

I hope you will understand my motivations and vote for me so that I can prove to you that, together, we can have an impact on FinTech.

Sincerely,

Hindy Rossignol
