Shaofeng Xu

Here is Shaofeng or Travis, second year biochemical engineering student. The area I am studying includes biotechnology, engineering, management and mathematical modelling, which makes me gain very broad insight about the world. From this, I developed lots of versatile skills from my course and self-study as well like carrying out scientific research, use of programming tool like excel or Matlab to construct basic mathematical models and etc..
Also, I have been involved in some scientific research programs in my own time. These experience not only enhance my practical skills but also strongly improve my capability of working as a team.
Last but not least, I am strongly passionate and patient about the work and always thinking or learning differently, which could help me to play the role of general secretary successfully I believe.
