Julia Anting Wolff

Hi! I’m Julia and I’m a fourth-year International Social and Political Studies student who has jsut returned from her year abroad in Taiwan! I am running for Logistics Director.

Before my year abroad, I served on the UCLUNA committee as an Events Officer and would love to continue my engagement with the society this year! I’m someone who loves working with others and is comfortable pitching and executing ideas, which are critical traits for a committee member in such a fast-growing and evolving society.

I have extensive experience with event planning, having organized three Model United Nations conferences (of up to 200 international delegates) in high school, as well as speaker and social events for various societies at UCL. As team lead for UCL’s 180 Degree Consulting Society I also built strong project management skills, making sure to establish a clear timeline for our project and outlining team members’ responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration.

I believe that task coordination is absolutely crucial to pulling off any event, and my experience in this field equips me well to take on the role of Logistics Director.

I also organized my high school’s Senior trip for 80 students, allowing me to apply my event management skills to a new scenario, which will surely help me coordinate UCLUNA trips.

I am excited to be back at UCL and get involved with the UCLUNA this year and I am confident that my event planning skills and experience would be an asset to the committee!
