IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Purchasing
Guest List System:
- All tickets are in the form of a guest list. The purchaser’s name will automatically be added to the list upon purchase.
Ticket Restrictions:
- UCL language teacher and standard membership tickets are strictly limited to one per person.
- Non-members may purchase multiple non-member tickets; however, if buying for others, you must provide UCL Japan Society with each participant’s full name and phone number so they can be added to the guest list.
Non-Member Tickets:
- These tickets are open to anyone, including students from other universities or individuals not affiliated with UCL Japan Society. To purchase, simply create a free guest account on the UCL Students’ Union website.
Changes to the Guest List:
- Only individuals listed on the guest list will be permitted to board the boat. It’s crucial to inform us of any changes or updates to your booking in advance.
Eligibility for Language Teacher Tickets:
- These are exclusively for individuals teaching at our language classes for the 2024/25 academic year.
Ticket Validity:
- If you purchase a ticket that you are not eligible for, it will be voided.
Transferring Standard Member Tickets:
- If you’ve purchased a standard membership ticket but can no longer attend, you may transfer it to another current standard member of UCL Japan Society. You must provide proof of their membership so that the new ticket holder can be added to the guest list.
