Our aims are clear: to help all of our members keep fit, stay focused and learn how to defend themselves. Our sessions are lead by a fully qualified external instructor, John, with each session comprising of three main parts: stretching, stamina building & flexibility; fighting technique practice & consolidation; and finally, light sparring. Monday sessions will be mostly focused on Strength & Form. Expect to be pushed both physically and mentally during every session. All that being said, also expect to have a lot of fun along the way!
