Our aims are clear: to help all of our members keep fit, stay focused and learn how to defend themselves. Our sessions are lead by a fully qualified external instructor, John, with each session comprising of two main parts: Strength & Form and Cardio. Expect to be pushed both physically and mentally during every session. All that being said, also expect to have a lot of fun along the way!

This year for the first time we have TERM PASS which allows you to join any session you want for only half the price!!
