Telephone researchers required to call companies to check company information. No selling involved. We employ 6 students to check our mailing lists of senior business people in UK companies. You will be telephoning companies, checking that the information we hold is correct and updating our records.
Must have a confident telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, good spelling and legible handwriting. A knowledge of British place names (and how to spell them) is an advantage as you will be expected to call companies and check postal addresses. The ideal candidate will be able to pronounce the trickier place names eg Leicester and Bicester and also be able to spell them correctly if a company address has changed.
We prefer researchers to work a minimum of 15 hours a week in order to build research skills.
We are looking for students to work from November for 2, 3 or 4 days a week through to January 2025. You can choose your own hours every week, working full days or mornings/afternoons. It is likely that these roles will be extended to the end of March 2025.
