Support trans rights in the UK Supreme Court with the LGTBQ+ & Trans Networks!

On the 26th and 27th of November, the Supreme Court is hearing the landmark case of For Women Scotland Ltd vs Scottish Ministers [2024] UKSC. The case, brought by a trans-exclusionary group, questions whether a trans woman with a Gender Recognition Certificate can legally be recognised as a woman under the Equality Act 2010.

This case has significant implications for the LGBTQ+ community, particularly for trans rights in the UK.

📍 Details:

  • Meeting point: Parliament Square Gardens
  • Time: 9:30 AM (hearings begin at 10:30 AM – arrive early as space in the chamber is limited)
