Carnaval del Pueblo (CdP)
The Carnaval del Pueblo Association is run by a dedicated and passionate team of volunteers, and exists to help create an understanding and increase public awareness of the vibrant cultural Heritage of 19 Latin American countries. We encourage the community to participate in, share and enjoy the Latin American music, dance, gastronomy and language.
Description

Two hundred Carnaval del Pueblo performers from across Latin America will grace the streets of London yet again in a dancing sea of vibrant colour and music, showcasing and celebrating Latin American culture for the London New Year's Day Parade 2025.

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic volunteers to help us get ready in the run up to the big day with everything from event logistics to float decorating.

We are also looking for volunteers to help us on the day by supporting performers and even carrying banners.

The London’s New Year’s Day Parade (more fondly known by Londoners as LNYDP) starts at 12 noon January 1st 2025, Piccadilly with over half a million spectators expected to line the streets.
