Korean Culture Society: President

My experience as a treasurer this year has brought me joy and much pleasure to serve the members in this position. Thus, I’d love to extend my role in the society as the president in 2022-2023. Having been UCLKCS for 2 years, I know what people love the most about Korean Culture Society, which is the inclusive interaction with people who all share enthusiasm in Korean culture. However, due to the pandemic for the last 2 years, there has been a disconnection between members, with only a few social events and in-person language sessions. If elected, I plan to organise varied cultural events with our committee members as well as in-person language sessions which will create strong connections between all members in UCLKCS.
