Ekta Barot

Our Hindu society is at the forefront of Hindu representation here at UCL, I have always derived utility from learning more about Hinduism through attending a multitude of events at the mandir and joining the pandava sena at ISKON. These have enabled me to build a close community and lifelong relationships where we discuss different elements of our life and work towards improving holistically as a person. This experience has truly been enriching and developed me and my ideologies which I wish to share at university and provide students with a safe environment and vibrant events to also build intellectual and social relationships through Hindu society. This opportunity will allow me to represent a religion I am passionate about and further engage the Hindu community here at UCL.
