Gymnastics Club: President

Hello fellow gymnasts,

I am Angie and I am a third year medical student. I joined the club this year and I fell in love with the sport. Being a beginner, I saw myself progressing fast and getting excited over learning new skills every session. Moreover, I was given the opportunity to sign up for BUCS Gymnastics Championship and perform in a real competition. This motivated me to become more involved in the club and run for president.

If elected, I guarantee I will work hard with the rest of the committee members to organise multiple training sessions for next year, with opportunities for both advanced gymnasts and beginners. I wish to advance the club and ensure more opportunities for competitions and social events are available to us. ideally, I would love to bring back Varsity or to organise an informal competition against other universities in London.
