A member of ENACTUS UCL for two years, I have been committed to its vital work empowering communities and harnessing business for good. I have demonstrated my ability to lead, organize and execute a vision as the project leader for Traveleco - taking the app from ideation to user testing in only 9 months through collaborating with others.

I would like to build on our current progress through two initiatives.

First, strengthening the connectivity of our members and projects to each other. As we emerge from Covid, we need to take advantage of opportunities to be not just a social-enterprise program, but a true society- where members can form connections with each other. Additionally, projects gain real benefits from this; best practices from one project can be applied to others. This can be achieved through regular socials, as well as optional weekly sessions where team members can work in person alongside other teams, exchanging ideas and practices.

Second, increasing our collaborations with likeminded UCL societies and between universities. Increasing joint events with groups such as the UCL business or entrepreneurship societies, may expand our knowledge base, allow us to participate in initiatives such as the entrepreneurship Startup Academy, and offer fresh recruitment channels for our teams. Similarly, continuing socials with other London ENACTUS societies increases team support networks and allows a further stream of fresh ideas into our society.
