Czech and Slovak Society: Communications Officer

I am running for the Marketing and Communications Officer because over the past few years of being involved in the society, I’ve seen an amazing community grow from it. Being the direct link to our members, I’d like to build the sense of community even further in the upcoming year. I’m excited to get creative with our posts and to continue with the wit that our past media officer, Anettka(muah) has used to expand the society’s social media pages!  I would like to make use of our media outreach to get specific feedback from our members about whether there are events that we as a society have missed and could organise in the future. In addition, I want to maintain the relationship we’ve built with other Czechoslovak societies but also specifically make feel welcome those who do not have such a strong community at their university, starting with being approachable on social media. I hope to be able to spread the word and get everyone excited about what we plan as Marketing and Communications Officer:).
