Hafsa Khan

My name is Hafsa, and I am running for the position of President of the Consulting Society. I have been trained and accredited as a Professional Leader and Coach, where I have gained leadership, communication, and self-awareness abilities that will equip me for my role. Furthermore, I am a competent communicator with 5 years of experience working in the Government sector. I diligently liaised with clients and formed meaningful trusted relationships that exceeded client expectations.

The vision I have for the UCLCS is to provide opportunities for members to develop an enriching experience by:

• Enhancing the society's website by creating a more dynamic and interactive tool.
• Educating our members about consulting from the Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, and KPMG) and prestigious firms (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger).
• Increasing events for members to interact with case study workshops & forming a partner system to train and practice for case study interviews.
• Cultivating an inclusive and diverse atmosphere within the society, as well as incrementing the society's sponsorships.

As a Technology Executive, I produced my own content that I delivered in a Python workshop. Students provided positive feedback on my enthusiasm, conscientiousness, and professionalism. I then formed a partnership with the UCL DSS to present weekly Python sessions to students. It would be a honuor and privilege as your next president to represent the society and its members.
