In the past year, I have been working for the Spring Festival Gala team and successfully held the event in February 2022. After half a year's preparation for the Spring Festival gala, I strengthened my working ability and knew the whole process of an event. Meanwhile, I understand the importance of teamwork by witnessing everyone strive together for the success of the gala, I really appreciate to be one of the team member and wish to stay and lead the team next year. I think is a great honer to stand for a manager and would be really proud when successfully holding an event, I have the ability to help me do a good job as a leader, for example, strong executive ability and great responsibility. I pursue high efficiency in doing things which i think is an essential trait of a leader. While ensuring scheduled things to be done, I also pay attention to the relationship between members and wish to establish a good team atmosphere. I hope our team can be better as well as the Spring Festival gala.
