Hello all, I'm running for the maintenance officer position, as my year as Novice Captain has made me appreciate the importance of the role. My aims as maintenance officer include leading a maintenance workshop for the new round of novices (and other senior members that want to join), showing basic boat maintenance such as bolt check, heel restraint checks, rigging/de-rigging among other things. I also aim to keep a log of what’s broken and make a reporting broken equipment form that is accessible to the whole club. 

Experience: My previous experience includes 1 year as Novice captain and 7 years of Rowing :)
