Hi, my name is Bella!

I joined Kinesis this year and have already started creating works of art for various issues, which has been very fun! I am very interested in and great at overseeing creative processes and guiding teams of creative people. I have experience in this through my Etsy art business where I have and continue to guide the other individuals working in conjunction with me, and oversee all creative processes before they are completed.

I have also gained great time management skills, having to balance my art business with my other part-time job as well as all my uni work and work I do in various societies.

Additionally, I think I would be greatly suited to this role as I have taken many arts modules as part of my degree and have gained fine skills in drawing, graphics, layout design and photography. In my spare time I also practice art regularly, so I am very confident in my decision-making skills when it comes to artistic decisions. 

Lastly, I have had plenty of experience with checking up on and suggesting improvements in projects, whether in a study group or when leading an art project, so I believe the role of creative director would suit me very well.
