Amnesty International Society: Treasurer

Hello!

I am enthusiastic about the Treasurer role within the Amnesty International Society at UCL. I'm currently pursuing a 'BA Politics, Sociology and East European Studies' undergraduate, and I possess financial expertise gained through coursework and previous positions. I'm also very committed to human rights, proven by the fundraisers I've volunteering roles I've worked with. For example, I was the treasure for the UWC Dilijan Rhi-zone society, a student run charity where I deepened my understanding of fiscal responsibility. As Treasurer, I aim to uphold transparency, collaborate with the team, and optimize budget allocation to support our objectives effectively. My proficiency with basic financial software such as excel, and my dedication to social causes equip me to excel as Treasurer for the UCL Amnesty Society. I am excited about the chance to contribute to Amnesty International Society’s impactful work and am eager to discuss my alignment with the society's goals.
