Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or are just getting started, this class is a great chance to recharge, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our club. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other members and experience the calming energy of yoga together.
Mats will be provided—all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.

About Rosie
I discovered yoga during a low period in my life, which gave me first hand experience of how we can find ourselves feeling trapped in a dark place, and yet we can find a way to access our inner strength to realise that the darkness is only temporary. I believe that moving your body to still your mind is powerful and transformative, and I love sharing this with my students.
My teaching draws on Power Vinyasa yoga, using dynamic movement and breath to help students find mental stillness and focus. I encourage students to move at their own pace, to give things a go and to laugh when they fall!
