Project Active’s Park Yoga is back! Enjoy the benefits of yoga combined with the well-being and stress releasing effects of being outdoors, surrounded by nature.

Dynamic and playful vinyasa flow practice that invites to explore the link between breath and movement. This class is designed to help you find ease, presence and fluidity in your own body, whilst challenging you at the same time. 

This class is great for beginners and open to all fitness levels! It is also a great way to meet people in a fun, yet relaxed, atmosphere.

Instructor: Luciana Triggiano

Equipment: If you have your own Yoga Mat please bring it along, if not we will provide you with one. 

What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in. 

 

Please note: In the event of rain or unsuitable weather for yoga, we will move the session to the conference room.
