What to expect from Project Active Give it a Go Session:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)

Get involved in a social beginner friendly rugby session. This training session is open to everyone of all abilities, whether you've never played rugby before or play regularly.
Activities will involve passing and catching drills, rugby volleyball, Rugby netball and touch rugby.
A member of committee will be at the Main Quad at 5:00pm to travel with anyone who would like to.
Location: New River Sport Wood Green. The pitch is a 20 minute walk from Wood Green Station and is visible from the main road, behind blue fences.

Equipment: Wear trainers, boots are not essential although they are preferred. No gum shield needed.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes you wouldn't mind getting wet and/or muddy
