Manor Gardens is dedicated to supporting people of all ages and communities, particularly those facing barriers and challenges in accessing essential support and services. Through our community-driven approaches, we strive to ensure that everyone can achieve wellbeing and thrive. By working closely with individuals, we aim to build strong communities and we attempt to change lives for the better delivering a comprehensive range of Wellbeing and Advocacy services designed to promote mental and physical health, enhance wellbeing, and increase social inclusion.

We are seeking a passionate volunteer to help us improve our Wellbeing Service and advice the Coproduction Forum. Through a desk and qualitative research approach, we aim to benchmark what other organizations are doing and collect feedback from our partners and clients about our activities. This unique opportunity allows the volunteer to apply qualitative analysis, organize findings, and evaluate service implementation. We hope the volunteer can provide insightful recommendations on the best ways to improve and enhance our Wellbeing Services.

Duties
  • Conduct Desk Research of benchmark practices and strategies used by other organizations in similar fields.
  • Collect Feedback: Design and administer interviews to gather feedback from partners and clients.
  • Analyse collected feedback to identify common themes, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on research and feedback analysis.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
Volunteer and Activities Coordinator
Training
Basic induction on Manor Gardens, volunteer processes and protocols including volunteer expenses. Free training as required eg webinars on Eventbrite or My Learning Islington.

Time commitment

Between 2-8 hours a week
