Join the Institute of Imagination in our quest to empower every child to unleash their potential through the power of imagination! We create the spaces, tools and opportunities for creativity in children and young people to thrive. As a vibrant and innovative charity, we are on the lookout for two passionate volunteers to assist us in evaluating our immersive learning experiences within schools in underserved areas.

Get ready to:

  • Assist in our evaluation programme by contributing to data collection efforts and enhancing user experiences.
  • Engage with our team to ensure smooth implementation of evaluation strategies and procedures.
  • Have the opportunity to participate in active research projects aimed at advancing our understanding of childhood imagination and learning.
  • Gain hands-on experience in inputting and interpreting data.

Together, we'll work towards a future where every child has the tools and opportunities to dream big and achieve their goals.

Duties
  • Implement our evaluation programme: this will involve capacity to support on our data collection and user experiences.
  • Research: both desk research and possible involvement in active research projects.
  • Data analysis: inputting and understanding data, which might include data visualisation and reporting.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
The Institute of Imagination Impact team.
Training
The Institute of Imagination will provide short induction training to introduce the volunteers to the organisation and its impact and evaluation methodology. This session is likely to last 2 hours.

Time commitment

6-8 hours a week over an 8 week period.
