Single bedroom available for a single female only (as sharing with one other single female and restrictions on the lease prevent more than two occupants) in a lovely light flight. The flat is up 3 flights of stairs but has great views as a result. It is on Avenue Road, N6 5DW. This is a cycle ride to UCL or 2 minutes from the 91 bus. Tube options include Highgate (zone 3, 18 minutes nice walk), Archway (zone 2, 18 minutes less nice walk or a 5 minute bus) and Finsbury park (zone 2, 30 mins walk which in daylight can include a railway path or a 15 minute bus). The room is large and has a bathroom opposite it which you will be the sole user of. The current person living there (with whom you will share) is a 47 year old woman who is very quiet and clean and tidy. Thus someone similar is needed. There is a shared space with an open plan living room and kitchen with the great view. No pets are possible according to the lease.
