Summary of the Proposed Changes:

Committee restructuring including the addition of subcommittees for each of our annual events and for the medtech portal. Each subcommittee would need a chair and executives. We further removed vague committee positions (e.g. general secretary) and introduced new specific roles. Finally, we improved and updated the descriptions of all committee roles.
