Summer Yoga

Yoga is a great way to relax, improve your physical and mental strength, as well as meet fellow post grads. Enjoy an hour away from work knowing that you will return feeling more focused and productive than ever!

Sessions open to all UCL staff and students

No mat or previous yoga experience needed. 

Limited spaces, pre-booking required.

Women’s Kickboxing

Our female only kickboxing class taught by a female instructor will help you to improve your fitness, increase confidence and learn some basic self defence skills in a supportive, strictly private environment. All equipment is provided just wear something comfortable that you feel happy moving around in.    

Project Active: Get Into Hockey

Get Into Hockey

Never played before or you just can’t remember any of the rules? Then these sessions are for you!

Sessions run every Tuesday from 5-6pm, starting Tuesday 27th March

Where: Copenhagen Primary School, Treaty Street, London, N1 0WF 

Pitch is outdoor astroturf.

We’ve spent some time talking to Fizz, our instructor, before tomorrow so that you guys can find out what she’s all about before the session.

Project Active: Women's Badminton

Women’s Badminton

Enjoy an active start to your weekend with our Friday evening women’s only badminton session, part of our Dare 2Try programme. Have a friendly game with friends or make new ones, work up a sweat or practice your technique - whatever your ability there’s something for everyone.

Rackets and shuttlecocks will be provided, 

Pre-booking is required.

Project Active: Beginner's Running Group

Beginner’s Running Group

Want to take up running for the first time? Well join the Project Active Run Group every Wednesdays at 3pm! These sessions are aimed at people that have never run before and want to get started, although of course everyone is welcome. The sessions will be adapted to your ability, taking breaks from running as and when necessary.

All sessions are free to attend, but please register here first.

Project Active offers you a wide range of beginner friendly activities from Barre Fitness to Touch Rugby.

You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest; Project Active is about feeling empowered and having fun, but most of all enjoying being active in whatever way works for you!

Project Active: Beginner's Parkour

Join our Parkour Club for this beginner’s parkour course (4x 1 hour sessions throughout March) open to all students and fitness levels!

You can drop in for just 1 or all 4!  13:20 meet at Archway Tube Station each week.
