You can access a mailbox via desktop Outlook apps on Windows or Mac OS, via the Outlook mobile app, or via any browser. See below for instructions for your device.
Using Outlook on desktop
In Outlook 2016 Note you will need to do this for each computer you use the mailbox on as it stores the signature locally.
Background: Mailchimp allows us to send emails which can appear to be from any sender address.
Mailbox access is controlled by "access groups". These are easiest to manage in Outlook's address book.
Note: You can follow this on your mobile or desktop PC, wherever you have the photo stored that you'd like to use.

Microsoft Bookings is designed generally to be used for booking "services" with "staff" (e.g. 1-1 consultations with a human).
