Access requirements
Owner or SendAs or SendOnBehalf access to the mailbox.
For Outlook 2016:

In Outlook web access:
- Create new e-mail
- Click on the three dots in the toolbar at the top, next to Discard
- Click 'Show from'
- Click 'From' that appears
- Click 'Other e-mail address'
- Enter the full e-mail address and press enter
- Now you can click 'From' in any e-mail to select which mailbox to send that e-mail or appointment from.
