1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail and log in with your account. 
  2. Go to Settings in the top right (the cog)
  3. In “Search Outlook settings”, search “share a calendar” and select it.
  4. Under “Share a calendar”, select your calendar (normally just called “Calendar”)

To share only with Union staff

  • Leave “People in my organization” to “Can view when I’m busy” - the organisation here refers to UCL not the Union
  • Enter su.sg.allstaff in “Enter an email address or contact name”
  • Click ‘Search People’ in the dropdown that appears
  • Select =SU.SG.All Staff when it appears
  • Click ‘Can view all details’ and change to ‘Can view titles and locations’
  • Click ‘Share’
  • Close the window.
  • Ignore the e-mail you are sent about that not being able to receive the invitation.

To share with all UCL

  • Change “People in my organization” to “Can view titles and locations” - the organisation here refers to UCL not the Union
