- Go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail and log in with your account.
- Go to Settings in the top right (the cog)
- In “Search Outlook settings”, search “share a calendar” and select it.
- Under “Share a calendar”, select your calendar (normally just called “Calendar”)
To share only with Union staff
- Leave “People in my organization” to “Can view when I’m busy” - the organisation here refers to UCL not the Union
- Enter su.sg.allstaff in “Enter an email address or contact name”
- Click ‘Search People’ in the dropdown that appears
- Select =SU.SG.All Staff when it appears
- Click ‘Can view all details’ and change to ‘Can view titles and locations’
- Click ‘Share’
- Close the window.
- Ignore the e-mail you are sent about that not being able to receive the invitation.
To share with all UCL
- Change “People in my organization” to “Can view titles and locations” - the organisation here refers to UCL not the Union
