Project Active have teamed up with our Community Volunteering Team to host a community litter pick in Gordon Square! As a UCL student, you're part of a vibrant community of 50,000, but your impact reaches far beyond campus. Events like this are a chance to show care for our shared spaces and contribute to the wider Camden and London communities.

đWhat's Project Active?
Project Active encourages all UCL staff and students to engage in physical activity. Our mission is simple: to help you find a fun and enjoyable way of being active that suits you. To achieve this we provide a programme of activities designed to be low-cost, beginner friendly, inclusive and non-judgmental.
đ Why Litter Picking?
Taking part in outdoor group activities can boost your mental wellbeing, and doing something with social purpose adds an extra layer of feel-good energy. By helping to keep Gordon Square clean and green, youâre making a visible difference to the local environment and showing pride in the spaces we all share. Itâs also a great chance to explore the Bloomsbury area, discover hidden spots and meet new people in a relaxed, friendly setting.
