What to expect at Project Active's This Girl Can...Track 🏃♀️
UCL RAX is excited to host a women-only track session at Paddington Recreation Grounds track!
The session will be led by our experienced women track runners on committee. We'll be offering a sprints training session and a long distance training session, both of which are open to both beginners and experienced runners.
Instructor: Running, Athletics and Cross Country Club. Self-led by woman committee members: Kaitlin (assistant coaching qualification), Ciel and Emily.
Location: Paddington Recreation Grounds track
What to wear: We ask that all participants come prepared in suitable footwear (running sneakers) and adequately dressed for some chilly weather. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Refund policy: all tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.

This Girl Can Week
Project Active's This Girl Can Week will run from Monday 27 January - Sunday 2 February. We will be celebrating women in sport and inspiring all students to try something new or get back into a physical activity through a week of beginner friendly activities.
Project Active's This Girl Can activities are:
- Women Only *there may be male coaches at some events, please email if you would like to check this.
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
