This is a Yin style yoga class which is open to all levels. Yin is the calming, soothing style of yoga which releases tension in the body by sitting and lying in carefully directed positions to alleviate physical and emotional stress. Please note, Yin is very different to traditional yoga (if you'd prefer to try a dynamic flow, one of our Rhythm and Flow or UCL East Vinyasa classes will be for you!). 

The class will be taught by Avvy, one of our professional yoga teachers. Mats and blocks are provided. Feel free to come along, whether you've never tried yoga before or you're a seasoned yogi. We hope to see you there!
