Postgraduate Project Active offers all Postgraduate UCL students and staff the opportunity to take part in weekly Postgraduate Project Active classes, taster sessions in collaboration with our sports clubs and one off events.

Postgraduate Project Active offers three weekly classes specifically aimed at Postgraduate students including Pilates, Yoga and Regents Park Run.

Our Postgraduate weekly classes are a great way to socialise with like-minded people. If you are a Postgraduate you can still get involved with all our other Project Active classes.Club Taster Sessions

Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates will help to elongate your body, improve your posture, breath and increase coordination, control and body awareness. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels. Instructor: Kirty Mody Equipment: Pilates mat or towel.
