Participants for The UCL Campus Run, are you ready for a fun, free track session to boost your Campus Run experience and improve your personal best?
Join us for a beginner-friendly track session designed to help you prepare for the UCL Campus Run! Led by the RAX Club, this structured training session will guide you through key running techniques, pacing strategies, and endurance-building exercises.

Led by Kaitlin Hewitt, RAX Cross Country Captain and a certified British Athletics coach, this structured training session will guide you through key running techniques, pacing strategies, and endurance-building exercises.
The session will be a structured pyramid track session with repetitions starting from 200 m and progressively increasing to 800 m then back down to 200 m. It will be a total of 4 km, though it is adaptable depending on how the runner feels. There will also be drills in the beginning but runners should arrive warmed up.
This session is open to all Campus Run participants, whether you're new to running or looking to refine your skills. Come along, train with fellow runners, and make the most of your Campus Run experience!

What to bring: Comfy running shoes/trainers, water bottle.
