What to expect at Project Active Vinyasa Yoga Class:
Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your class.
Find your flow and connect with your breath in our Project Active Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions. This dynamic style of yoga combines movement and breath in a series of flowing postures, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. With gentle guidance, upbeat energy, and a relaxed, judgment-free atmosphere, join us to unwind, reset, and discover the benefits of moving mindfully.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.
Location: Rehearsal Room, 1st Floor Bloomsbury Theatre, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in!
Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.
