What to expect from Project Active Postgraduate Run
Our Postgraduate Only Runs are all about getting active, meeting new people, and enjoying running at your own pace. All you need to bring is your energy and enthusiasm.
Our weekly runs are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active activator. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your run!
Experience level: Beginner
Distance: 4-5 km going through Regent’s Park
Pace: Beginner-friendly pace
What to bring: Comfy shoes, water bottle and something warm to put on afterwards.
Location: Meet inside at the entrance of Bloomsbury Theatre Building
Run Lead: Aga Furtak
What to wear/bring: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable running in, and please remember to bring a water bottle.
Please note: You may not be able to join the run if you are more than 5 minutes late to the venue. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue. Additionally, if you have any medical conditions, injuries or other health concerns that may affect your participation, please inform the Project Active team before attending the session so we can best accommodate your needs.
