What to expect from this Project Active Walking Group
Join us for a social walk around Gordon and Russell Square! Whether you’re an experienced walker or simply looking for a gentle way to get moving and meet new people, this walk is open to everyone.
These peaceful green spaces in the heart of Bloomsbury offer the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy friendly conversation, and take a break from the stress of daily life. It’s a simple and supportive way to lift your mood, clear your mind, and stretch your legs. This event is open to everyone and designed to be accessible, creating a welcoming space for people of all abilities, including those with guide dogs or sensory preferences.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning the walk.
Location: Please meet at the Bloomsbury Theatre building ground floor and this is the route Bloomsbury Theatre and Studio to Russell Square, Russell Square, London - Google Maps
Time: 15:00 - 16:00
Walk Lead: Tushar Uppal
What to wear/bring: Yourself! This is a gentle walk, so no need to wear anything sporty. Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
Please note: You may not be able to join the walk if you are more than 10 minutes late to the meet point due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
