Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, join us for an exhilarating taster session at the parkour club! 🏃‍♂️✨ This session is designed to introduce you to the fundamental techniques and movements of parkour in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Experience the thrill of moving through urban environments with agility and creativity. 🤸🏻🧗‍♀️

SESSION DETAILS 📅:

Location: Mandela Studio, Bloomsbury Fitness, 3rd floor, 15 Gordon St, London, WC1H 0AY.

Time⏰: 15:00 - 17:00

🎉 After the session, we’ll be having a joint social nearby! Please join us for a good time! 🍱

WHAT TO EXPECT💭:

Learn how to vault, roll, and navigate obstacles safely, while building confidence and strength. 🤸‍♂️💪

Please note this session is open only to Parkour and Fencing club members! Fencing club members must have a Taster membership with Parkour club.
