Welcome to UCL Parkour!

What is parkour?

Parkour is a sport that has roots in obstacle course training and martial arts. It involves traveling from point A to B as quickly and efficiently as possible. Depending on the environment this could involve balancing across a wall, leaping over an obstacle or landing a jump. Parkour training helps develop strength, balance and overall fitness.

UCL Parkour Club is a society of active people that learn skills and movements like no other sport. We meet at different outdoor locations around London each week for professionally coached training sessions. In our classes, members can expect a good workout in safe hands, you will be taught how to vault, jump and flow smoothly over a variety of obstacles in an urban environment.

We also hold open sessions every weekend where we explore different spots around London and members can practise skills learned in class. We also hold regular socials, and visits to gymnastics centres and climbing centres.

Regardless of fitness level or experience UCL Parkour caters for everyone, whether you want to incorporate parkour into a healthy lifestyle or become a seasoned traceur/traceuse (parkour practitioner). Beginners are more than welcome.
