AbleChildAfrica works for and with disabled children in sub Saharan Africa, where only 2% of disabled children are in school. We have secured a 3x3 YFYA stand at the Emirates Stadium on 3rd March. The event introduces students aged 7-18 to exciting career paths in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. AbleChildAfrica aims to use the space to encourage youth to think about opportunities for, and the importance of, inclusivity? and subsequently within potential careers!

Fundraising Volunteer

We are seeking up to three enthusiastic and committed office-based volunteers to support the community fundraising team in the successful delivery of our flagship campaign, Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

This is a varied role which will include assisting the team with research, helping to monitor the charity’s social media channels, processing fundraising materials requests, stock monitoring, data input and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to work with the events team to gain knowledge of challenge events.

Neighbourhood Investment Manager for North London

Student researcher needed to support a national housing association in gathering knowledge and greater understanding, through extensive data research, of the correlation of school exclusion rates with the level of overall poverty within local neighbourhoods where CHG has stock.

The outcome of research will influence funding allocation aimed at supporting families whose children are at risk of exclusion in school, through a yet to be agreed mechanism such as family therapy or supporting schools to offer increased level of pastoral care.

Stoll is both a housing association and a charity and for almost 100 years, we have provided homes and support services for vulnerable Veterans (ex-Armed Forces personnel). We have four housing schemes in London and our office is based at our largest scheme, Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, in the Fulham Road Apart from providing housing, we also provide support services, to ensure that Veterans are equipped to live independently.
