As Sports Officer, I'm proud to represent our 80 amazing clubs who train, compete, volunteer, fundraise, and socialise on a regular basis.

Why should you get involved with Sports at the Union?
- The Union offers a wide range of sports clubs, including ones for competitive play and social sessions.
- Many clubs compete in British Universities & Colleges Sports (BUCS) and London University Sports Leagues (LUSL), offering students exciting opportunities to get involved and stay active.
- We also offer fun opportunities for casual play and socialising through intercollegiate leagues and friendly social sessions, making it easy to connect and enjoy together.
- And we're also beginner-friendly! Many clubs offer beginner-friendly sessions and welcome new members.

Project Active
We want sports to be for everyone, and Project Active helps make that happen!
Project Active encourages all UCL staff and students to engage in physical activity.
Our programme of activities is designed to be low-cost, beginner-friendly, inclusive and non-judgmental.
Low-cost, low-commitment exercise classes, available in-person and online! Online sessions are easy to join, cheaper than in-person, and very accessible.

Supported Fitness Sessions
Want to get to know the TeamUCL Gym?
TeamUCL are offering four free 1-2-1 fitness sessions to all UCL students who identify as disabled, in our on-campus gym, TeamUCL Gym.
The 1-2-1 sessions are an extended induction, supporting students to build confidence using our facilities.
You'll learn how to use a range of equipment and structure sessions from our knowledgeable Fitness Instructors!
