What to expect at Project Active Museum Yoga

Join Project Active for a special one-off Yoga session surrounded by the fascinating collections of the Grant Museum. This is a chance to unwind and reconnect in a space filled with history, curiosity, and calm.

Led by experienced instructor Zoe Lau, this Hatha Yoga session will guide you through classical yoga postures combined with gentle movements to build flexibility, strength, and relaxation. All levels are welcome, and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace. 

Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.  

Location: Grant Museum of Zoology, Rockefeller Building, University College London, 21 University Street, London WC1E 6DE

Equipment:  All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.  

What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in! 

Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.  

Refund Policy:  All tickets are non-refundable unless there has been a class cancellation.
