Discover Project Active Women's Only Track at Regents Park

What to expect at Project Active Women's Only Track:

Join Project Active and RAX for an exciting running session at Regents Park track, where we will be running speed intervals. The running itself is planned to take around 30 minutes with a detailed warm up before and cool down after running. These sessions will be completely beginner-friendly, so don’t worry if you’ve never ran before!

Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:

  • Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
  • Low commitment
