On the final weekend of Welcome Festival, we're taking over Main Campus to show you just how much there is to get involved in during your time at UCL.

What is Welcome Fair?
This is your chance to chat to hundreds of our societies, sports clubs and student-led Networks face to face on stalls across campus. Alongside these student-led groups, there'll be loads of big brands and local businesses, ready and waiting with thousands of freebies to give away. Over in the Main Quad you can watch live entertainment and student showcases, everything from music and sports demonstrations to cultural dance performances.
Who will you meet there?
Each day features 200+ different student-led groups and different businesses with freebies, and the line-up changes between Saturday and Sunday. If the club or society you're after isn't there on one day, don't stress as there will be plenty more chances to meet clubs and societies throughout Welcome Festival and beyond, including mini-fairs and taster sessions. Your ticket will be for entry at a specific time on either Saturday or Sunday. The ticketing and entry system means we’ll be able to safely manage the number of attendees throughout the day. Book a ticket at the bottom of this page (on mobile) or on the right-hand side (on desktop). You'll need to log in with your UCL account.

Can't attend?
If you can’t attend at the weekend, because there isn’t a time slot that suits you, or tickets are sold out, you can still meet and join clubs and societies. Although this is the largest event of Welcome Week, capacity is still limited by the spaces the event is hosted in. Our first priority is always to keep people safe, and to do that have to limit the number of people attending. There are many opportunities to meet groups in-person throughout the welcome period and beyond and in January we’ll be running another Welcome Fair on campus with all clubs and societies.
Accessibility
The Welcome Fair takes place on campus, around the Wilkins Building and main quad. All of these spaces are wheelchair accessible. If you have any access needs, either come to the front of the queue (by the Student Centre) where a member of event staff will be able to support you or let us know in advance by specifying your access requirements and how we can best support you when making your booking. If you are supported by a carer, there is no need to book an additional ticket for your carer.
Quiet Hour
During the first hour of each day, the event is quieter with fewer people in the space. Stage performances also start from 11:00, so the quad is a calmer more relaxed environment. Please book a ticket during quiet hour if you'd like to attend the event whilst it's quieter.
The campus is an alcohol-free space during Welcome Fair.
