FINAL UCL Calisthenics Taster Session #4

Come along to our fourth and FINAL free UCL Calisthenics taster session at Alf Barrett Playground! 💪

The session is open to all levels, including complete beginners. We’ll start with a group warm-up before going through a range of calisthenics exercises and progressions, with committee members around to help throughout.

No previous experience is needed, just wear comfortable training clothes and bring some water.
