This session is a great introduction to how we run our meditation sessions here at UCL Mindful Society - whether you practice meditation every week or have never tried, this is a perfect chance to try out Mindful Society.
The session will consist of a short guided mindful meditation, followed by time to journal and set goals for the upcoming year. Remember to bring a notebook and pen!
This is the perfect chance to meet some lovely like-minded people, meet some of our committee members and ask any questions you may have!
