Join us for a Chocolate Tasting Meditation taster session. Taster/Standard membership is required to attend this event.

Take a break from the hustle of Welcome Week and join us for a relaxing experience that blends mindfulness meditation with the rich, sensory world of chocolate. This taster session will guide you through a slow, intentional tasting of chocolate using a mindful guided meditation, helping you ground yourself in the present moment.

This session is a great introduction to how we run our meditation sessions here at UCL Mindful Society - whether you practice meditation every week or have never tried, this is a perfect chance to try out Mindful Society. 

Come along to meet some lovely like-minded people, meet our committee members and ask any questions you may have!
